My Little Craft Helper

I was going through my photos last night and uploading some onto my mother's digital photo frame and I just had to share these with you. I think I may have a crafter in the making. Alex just loves to pull open the drawers of my crafting supplies and play with whatever he finds inside. Since I have no way to lock them, all the scissors and other sharp tools had to go in the very top drawers (luckily he can't reach those yet). He really seems to enjoy the wooden stamps. To him they probably seem like more blocks to play with. :)

His other favorite thing to do is fling my markers, pens, and colored pencils all over the floor. I think I managed to find them all, but there could still be a few lurking under the couch.

So that is my adorable craft helper. Do your kids like to play with your craft supplies? I am hoping to post some more cards that I have created later this weekend. Be sure to stop back.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Awww how cute is that! I actually decided to unmount my rubber stamps and I gave the kids a few of the blocks. They just love playing with them. I do hope Alex can craft with you soon...crafting is more fun with a buddy and Alex is an adorable craft pal for sure!

  4. OMGoodness... How stinkin' cute!! :) Your little 'helper' is adorable!! :) When my son was little (he's 19 now!), he would also get into my markers -- but he'd pull the caps off and draw all over his face!! LOL... The first time I was horrified, but then I learned to keep the camera close!! Oh, and one time he covered himself in scrapbooking stickers (remember those days???) -- That was an expensive few minutes (turn your back for a moment!!)... :)

Thanks for stopping by to visit me :) Your blog was a welcome treat for me!! :)
